We want to make sure that whatever we write, we provide the quote, all the way to the end publication given to you in a timely fashion. In turn, your subject matter expert, whether that be the CEO, manager, technical publication supervisor, engineer, or mechanic will have the time review our written material so that we can give you the most accurate publication we can. This process insures that your involvement and feedback can provide the lowest quote possible and the best publication for the money you spend.

TECHNICAL WRITING

Our technical writing team can do complete tear downs, either in-house or on-site. We have a laptop and photography equipment for convenient and portable technical writing use, and a secure data drive to keep your proprietary information secure.

TECHNICAL ILLUSTRATION

We can use a variety of computer aided design (CAD) programs for clean, high quality vector graphics or grayscale images. These images can be used within a variety of publications, from simple parts manuals to in-depth technical manuals.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

Whether at your facility or ours, we have the photography equipment necessary to obtain the images needed for your publication. We can perform a complete equipment tear down of all the parts and assemblies necessary to acquire the most accurate and detailed graphics possible.

We can also scan your current documents and photographs for use, or clean-up and reuse existing document images to make sure your publication is as best it can be.

CAD SOFTWARE MANIPULATION AND COMPONENT EXPLODES

We can use the latest PTC Creo software package (formerly Pro/ENGINEERING) to create grayscale or high quality and reusable vector (line-art) graphics to support all the text in your manuals. Or if you have another graphic program you prefer, we also have years of background experience using VisMockup (JT files) (Siemens Corporation), or Immersive Design (IPA). We have years of experience using these software packages and try and stay on top of the learning curve using the latest CAD programs. If you use another program we do not mention, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate your publication needs.

DOCUMENT SCANNING AND EDITING USING THE NEWEST OCR SOFTWARE

With software packages getting better each year, we try to use the latest version for best results. We use the latest OCR software from Nuance to scan and edit your content in order to have it easily imported into your program of choice.

LEVERAGE CONTENT FOR RE-USE

Our proofing process and years of writing experience allow us to write content that is easily reused between many similar product platforms. It is written concisely and easily understood so that it can be applied to numerous publications.
